Commenter @ OnStellar - "My hypothesis is the DEW used to "dustify" the Twin Towers were tuned to a specific frequency that made the molecular structure of the steel and concrete fail, see similar use of "tuning to the right frequency" with the fires in California and around the world right now. They spray the land with Aluminum Oxide, both as an accelerant and a poison then tune the lasers to violently combust the Aluminum Oxide on contact. Edit.
