Bardfinn claims in this post that he sent a DMCA takedown request to Reddit because supposedly someone "used my photos without my permission to harass me", whatever the latter actually means:

I have had to deal with a similar problem where someone used my photos without my permission to harass me, and something in Reddit's process for taking down the posts fell through for taking down the photos as well - causing Reddit to continue to serve the photos for months afterwards in connection with Google indexes of the posts; I and my attorney finally resorted to filing DMCA takedowns on the photos - which shouldn't have been necessary. The photos in your situation might not be ones you have any copyright interests in, which would preclude the possibility of the DMCA takedown process being available to you, if - Goddesses forbid - Reddit's process for taking down revenge porn fails the way it did with the harassment I endured.

I have never seen anyone post pictures of Bardfinn on Reddit, ever. Does anyone here know what on earth he's referring to?
