Prerequisite found in Plan A; Culling Tails, a bell-curve de-squeeze

These "cognitive elite" folks are a combination of very high IQ and wealthy persons (considerable overlap between the two groups, so lumped together). As described in a book explored at length in "Parsing Success"; they form a secretive coalition to gain power and advantage over the productive element of society, the middle class. This is a very complex phenomenon which I cover in many other posts, but a few points regarding The Cull of elites, below. (cull 'em out 5th column = 'column-out')

Intelligence and productivity have strong indicators in racial discrimination; that's good, but not infallible. I'm a convert to racism late in life, but my version is colored by shades of reticence and courtesy. It's not smart to judge every person by a group identity, every group has deviation from the mean. Seeking to segregate chaff from kernels, we need a fine mesh sieve that can surely discriminate before calling-out the "bad apples". Calling 'em out however would be the mission of my conjectured [Social Virtue Scale](work in process) (includes examples of exceptional stereotype deviation).

High-Cog persons who have been well researched enough to yield a confident SVS low-score should be considered for removal. Highest priority should be for exile to a foreign country, no coming back. Most of these folks are exceptionally smart, so should be easy to find places for them. In case this stratagem fails, I explored a scenario similar to LEPS, (described in Plan A), but especially for Jews: Eretz Israel vs ersatz Israel.

If New Israel (NI) becomes a thing, it could be treated like an Indian Reservation, a separate pseudo-country. Then it could be on the list of foreign places to exile socially unvirtuous Goyim, pending acceptance of NI authorities. I suspect NI would be better at dealing with these folks, they are more alike.

Plan D (Plan C-lite), rate but no exile, just make public the appraisal/disapproval.
