The appearance is not the only reason.

A more important reason is the characteristics:

2 years old is the age that human with most aggression, because they are going to prevent their parents having younger siblings. It's like elder nestlings killing their younger siblings, I hate them.

I wonder why many people didn't notice.

Pregnant woman is the group most love to transfer risk to others.

I don't agree with natalism but I don't find pregnant women ugly either, I don't think babies are as cute as people make them out to be. I hate natalists in general.

I do not hate anyone at all. Further, my Mom was pregnant with me once. The kindness and respect I show to pregnant women now is my repayment for the kindness shown to her.
