Not at all, this place seems like a fresh breath of sanity to me.

    No, I think the proportion of crazy and sane people here is just fine and equal to the rest of the world, online and off.

    That said, a lot of people were declared crazy in the time they lived, only to be proven right centuries later. Who knows...

    Sometimes I wonder if some commenters are plants put here by reddit in order to discredit and run down the quality of discourse.

          There's always going to be chaos in a place that truly values freedom. In my opinion, learning to tolerate chaos is probably one of the factors in a stable and free society/community.
