Would like to really hear about what is going on in different parts of the world without all the political bs. Pop culture fun topics And lastly how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop and is the number different for those who use freedom units vs metric???

Conversations that matter, preferably on important issues. Although even things like gardening can be important.

One of my problems with reddit is its ephemerality. You have an interesting conversation, and the next day it's off the frontpage and basically becomes irrelevant forever. I'm not sure how, but I hope Saidit can avoid that.
