Flying. I am old, and remember when it was FUN...they fed you, one could smoke, people dressed up, you had plenty of legroom, the stewardesses were young and attractive..and you weren't groped by some min wage gangbanger before boarding.

Sugary foods. Things that are too sugary now taste gross and sometimes make my teeth hurt. I have a new appreciation for bitter tastes though, like straight coffee

Kids' taste buds are wack. One time as an older teen I tried a couple kinds of Lunchables again. They put sugar in pizza sauce and nacho cheese. Wtf?

Reaching adulthood. It's a pain in the ass. Specially when you're also poor af. The amount of expectations to be what kind of adult you should be is disheartening (ie. Owning a house, car, job, has money etc.) . If you don't meet that might as well fuck yourself

Having the freedom to buy whatever I want at the food shop. I have serious impulse control issues when it comes to food, so having all the choice is terrible. As a kid I wanted to buy all the junk, as an adult I hate it because I never grew out of that phase.

Mowing the lawn. Couldn't get enough of it as a kid. Now I can't even look at our 3m x 3m square of silage meadow out the front.
