Most of the web is owned by Google even DDG which the only difference is it doesn't track you but either way it's all powered by Google now and results always show the 3 sites. Reddit/Quora and Tom's Hardware which usually Tom's Hardware goes into circular discussions that never end anywhere when users have troubleshooting issues. Tom feels like a clickbait site.

Stack Overflow USE to show up whenever you typed a technical question BUT I think they lost popularity when they shut down new questions without even checking to see if they are duplicates and just assume you are causing trouble if your a new member. Old members get away with crap new ones cannot even come CLOSE.
