Is it possible for society to return back to common sense times (Pre 9/11) such as this?

God I can't belive how much different and sensible the world was and it wasn't considered 'harboring terrorists' to treat humans with decency and you still caught actual criminals in the midst too. Now we are a prison nation and in Canada they can freeze your bank account if your 'suspected' of being a 'far right'. Gee thanks Mr Trudeau!

It's hard to believe the things we used to be able to do that were just part of common sense and now seem like an alt universe away! It feels like there is a global prison structure being setup and 9/11 had us to minimum security from 'open' and now we are in medium security with Covid. Some parts of the world went straight to Maximum with Australia on the edge of Super Max.

Lately I've been wondering if we are living either in purgatory or in hell itself. Either way, the only minimal hope is to fight hard - no matter where we are - to gain the platform of being a decent soul. At least it makes it possible to look in the mirror in peace, even if looking out at the world still terrifies.

    Bush really opened up a bad portal of 'demons' that has led to this. Well actually Clinton sold our weapon secrets to China in the 90s for campaign money so he could be elected twice. What an asshole and Hillary freaked out every time her husband was called out she would screech like a monkey.

    This goes back even further. I usually think in terms of 1913. The trend toward what we have now has been very very long and slow growing.

    Trilateral Commission transferred tech to China to build them into a formidable foe, but continued to spread propaganda against them, including blaming the CCP for stealing tech.

    The pedos also transferred tech to the Soviets and supported the rise of puppet Hitler/the Nazis.

    The number of wars, conflicts, coups they've been involved is pretty impressive tbh. Brainwashing the population so that mass amounts of tax dollars go into f-ing the world over ain't no easy task.

    And the hilarious thing is that China doesn't even have a social credit score, most of the population is unaware of the concept. There's still heavy debate among the CCP and scholars around it though and test runs in a couple cities. Hopefully, the bad actors pushing for it lose out in the end.

    I wish society could return to conditions as it was from the 50s to the 80s before I was even born. I envy the Boomers and Gen-X.
