Hamburgers are my favourite food. When I get bored of beef, I switch to chicken burgers, venison burgers, wild boar burgers, even had camel burgers not long back.

Skewers go nice on the grill, mix it up with some shrimp and pineapple. Mmm.

There are a lot of Greek owned restaurants around here and I love the souvlaki.

It's nice once in a while, if you have to choose between a burger from a fastfood chain and a souvlaki it's also much healthier (as far as meat goes).

How about meat & veggie kabobs?

Chicken and vegetables and pineapple.

Do a teriyaki marinade for the chicken, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, zucchini. You can out all the veggies in the same bag, but not the chicken with the veggies.

Big cuts of pineapple. Chicken can be however you like. Veggies can be large but medium to cook all the way through.

And make a teriyaki sauce. Like you can just use teriyaki, but you could look something up too. Bast the stuff in that.

Make sure your veggies and chicken get taken out of the Marinade and you not them dry, you want to get the browning on them for flavor.

You can also do this in a convection oven. 350 for 20 mins. Turn on the conversion at 450 for another 20 mins. Two separate pans, one for Veggies and one for chicken.

Nice. I'll see if I can get the wife to make that.

I agree. But I have to get like kikoman teriyaki. I live in red neck areas and I have to drive like 45 mins to an Asian market to get mirin.

Home made is the best, but store crap works.
