Is it legal to remove a big fat leech from your skin?

If your name isn't on the lease yeah they can remove you assuming you're 18+

They may not be able to remove him if he receives mail or can show that he lives there, but the apartment manager can evict all of them for having a resident over 18 years of age who's not on the lease.

I wish people would say what country they're from when they ask shit like this.

If your name is on the rental agreement then you're gold. If it is not then you don't have much of a leg to stand on. But it ready depends on how the sheriff or whichever official is asked to evict you decides to interpret occupancy by-laws in your municipality.

Your best protection is to get a lawyer, though it's going to cost some money.

But the bigger question is why do they want you out? If you're an adult you should be on your own after all, though I get it that there can be mitigating circumstances. Regardless it's something you should be working towards.

If you lived there a certain amount of time then you are a resident and have rights. Talk to a lawyer about your local laws.
