Probably /u/Schwarzenigga (AKA socks).

Not for any desirable traits. None such exist.

However, I suspect he's severely hated, and people may want to capture and eliminate this individual.

Personally, I wouldn't ever consider this option.
That scumbag isn't worth the trouble, and no one believes his slapstick idiocy. He's useless.

Conversely, I suspect he may have taken enough jabs to rid us all of his foolishness.

I'm not hoping for this, but I wouldn't complain if it happened.
