The card only works for land & sea travel to Canada and Mexico. For other international & air travel you need the book. Get the book and also the passport card for domestic flights if you don't want to get a Real ID.

Could you fly domestically in CANDADA with a card? Say you drive to Vancouver with the card then fly to Montreal then fly back to Vancouver just for kicks or to Edmonton or whatever as long as you drive thru the border by land or sea par the rules?

That I don't know, you'd probably have to ask a Canadian airline.

Most of the west part of Canada until you get past Port Hardy receives very little snowfall and the weather is 'gloomy' and rainy enough it will scare a lot of the shanaggains away as most of them like warm sunny weather year-round. They want it to be 85F and hot all year with half the state on fire and people evacuating. They helped bring the heat up here to OR in recent years where summers start in late May and end in early Oct now.

May Gray and June gloom is nearly non existent now though last year was sort of an exception to the modern trend which we even had some spitty rain showers at times and so was May with lots of scattered showers!!! It was grrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeat! Wish it could be mid May all summer long then switch over to fall with maybe one heat event at either end.
