Realize, it isn't the crypto that is hard to use, it is the bank on the other side.
Bankers and regulators are trying their best to make crypto hard to use. They've enacted all these 'know your customer' banking rules on the exchanges, which leave you, and the exchange, few options. The government just doesn't like money moving they can't force others to spy on for them, with verified identity. They have to pump your every purchase into the AI.
Then recently, the current US administration has deemed everyone using crypto a "money transmitter" for tax and banking reasons, adding a ton of more spying required by the exchanges, especially if you transact over a pittance.
Crypto works best, but it's neither bought with, nor sold to, those dirty war IOU's, ie US Dollars.
