Because Jesus makes a lot of sense and forgives and heals and saves.

From where did you get this information that Jesus is Middle Eastern?

The Bible?

Typically when people quote the Bible they will give a chapter and verse and which book it came from.

I didn't quote anything. I figured it was common knowledge that Jesus was born in Bethlehem.

You're the one that said Jesus was a middle eastern manlet, so did you base that on an assumption because he was born somewhere or do you have some actual real quotation that you can name?

[–]turtlew0rk 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I didn't say that, I didn't even notice the 'manlet' part and honestly don't even know what that is. I read it as 'man' I guess. So if you are saying he wasn't a manlet then fine, but he was middle eastern is all I am saying.

Again I ask you what evidence do you have of this other than just common knowledge as you call it which really there's no such thing as common knowledge

"According to the Gospels (Matthew 2; Luke 2), Bethlehem was the site of the Nativity of Jesus Christ. Christian theology has linked this with the belief that his birth there fulfills the Old Testament prophecy of Israel's future ruler coming from Bethlehem Ephrathah (Micah 5:2)."

Jews are considered Middle Eastern, Jesus would have had arabic features.

Jesus was an israelite, not a jew. The word jew does not appear in the bible.

Jews are those Jesus called out for being the spawns of Satan, children of the devil. He said they were the Synagogue of Satan.

But tell me again how Jesus was a jew.

Yeah I'll respect Mr muskrat, but I've seen a lot of pictures of Jewish people and they do not look Arab I am so sorry.

Marketing.

It was determined that the Jesus Christ Action Figure would be manufactured to match the racial identity of the targeted customer base.

Man created God in his own image.
