I have no idea, not sure what the data is, but I do know statistics. You'd need to control for both IQ and socio-economic status at the same time to get an accurate comparison here, both are correlated with increased criminality, and would need to be accounted for to get a pure 'racial/cultural component' factor isolated from the other contributing variables.

For me, it is hard to imagine high-iq blacks like Sowell or Glenn Loury to murder.

Idk who those people are, but I'm pretty sure that there are some successful black criminals with high IQs, so I very much doubt you can find causality in a single factor like IQ

While we know from stats that blacks have lower IQs even when controlling for economics we don't have this I think

But we could probably guess based on known crime stats in poverty zones that Whites in those ones are not as violent or criminal.

Another thing that has been identified along with lower IQ is less impulse control in blacks, backs the guess that blacks are worse as well
