Which job would you rather work? Easy with light hours having to live in the middle of nowhere, or intense with longer hours, but being able to live in your dream city?

A) Would you rather work an easy job with half the hours you're doing now (say, 4 hours a day), with 80% the pay you're earning right now, having to live in the middle of nowhere?

B) Or work an intense full-time 10 hour-a-day job that's harder than your current job, with the same hourly pay-rate as your current job (more money overall though, cause you work more hours), but living in your dream city and neighborhood (within budget)?

So a light part-time job with lots of free time, that pays almost as much as your full time job, but a goddamn hour away from anything interesting. Or a work-heavy stressful full time job with a slightly higher paycheck that allows you to live in the city/neighborhood you've always wanted to.

Cause this is the real life situation I'm in.

The first one by a long shot.

You'll likely be too stressed and burnt out from the second job to really enjoy and take advantage of the perks of living in the city. Just take the more peaceful one and drive an hour on your days off.

Cities are shitholes. First one by far.

Why on earth would you work harder for the same money and live in a jungle?

You can visit anytime if you choose to get stabbed, or participate in getting run over in a street takeover.

I say this in jest really, I guess it would depend on the city.
