Is Japan the last civilized nation?

I lived in Japan a long time ago, and I am back for a visit. It is still civilized. I probably should have just stayed in Japan, but I didn't know how quickly the West would decay. All other countries that I have visited recently are plagued by modern culture and the people have turned to shit. So, is Japan the last civilized nation?

I live very close to Japan right now. Its overhype by the West is even more exaggerated than I thought. I don't even think there are any masculine men still left in Japan, despite the fact they're mostly against Progressivism. (Not that I'm claiming to be some Alpha Male, father-figure myself.) The Japanese are more slaves to the internet, mobile games, and porn than even the Western youth.

There are no great nations left. No last bastions of civilization to hope for. ...Unless you find certain isolated parts of Africa. But I know how the people on this site feel about that. I'd almost suggest India, but their men are extremely pathetic and incelish way, way more than even the West. The majority of simps online are Indian (and Middle Eastern) men, cause their society was still stuck in the early 20th century up until about 10 to 15 years ago when they finally got social media, so they haven't experienced 90s Third Wave Feminism yet, to have their thirst-bubble towards women popped, despite them ironically usually being the same whores on OnlyFans that these guys worship.

You didn't mention anything that matters. Japan works, it is functional society. I came back to America yesterday and it looks like a third-world shit-hole. The Japanese are honest and practical. I could understand the electronic gadgets much better than western crap. Japan is clean and well laid out. It's a livable country, unlike any other country that I have seen recently.

I mentioned how their men are not masculine, how their society is literally having historic low birth rates due to a lack of masculinity, and women becoming undesirable Western girl-bosses, and how they're only just at the 2009 point America was at, while you're busy comparing it to 2024 America. You're just choosing to ignore the bad parts because you're enamored with the country, which I'm surprised at from you. You'd think a Misanthrope wouldn't also be a weeabo.

As someone who's actually been living in east Asia for almost five years now, I can assure you it's not the paradise Western guys pretend it to be. Hell, the majority of my coworkers are Western women who come over here just to fuck Asian men cause they find them to be submissive and have Yellow Fever and Asian women are notoriously shallow and materialistic. But then these women realize the entire continent has a very low tolerance for feminist liberal horseshit, so these women then badmouth the Asian men after these guys dump them, saying how Asian guys are "just as bad as Americans," failing to see they, the women, are the problem, and then move back home after a year or two. So east Asia is even at the point where Passport Sisters aren't even desirable to them. And Japan and South Korea are still having extremely low birth rates, though me being an ESL elementary school teacher, I wouldn't have guessed. The only halfway functional country in all of east Asia right now, is The Philippines, which is why all the Passport Bros choose to go there.

It's just weird to see you of all people, completely and entirely reject your own logic to weeabo jerk-off to a country that is literally going extinct right now. I'm not saying I dislike Japan, but it's definitely not "functioning well" at the moment. I didn't even get into all the suicides, porn addiction, emerging feminism, NEETs in their thirties playing online games in their mom's house with more weekly hours than a full time job, the 60-hour work-weeks of the people who do work for a living, and all the economic issues (part of which come from the last two points.) I only just talked about the low birth rates. I'd think someone like you would've already been aware of these issues and not just blindly support a country objectively doing worse than the US right now (even if it's less political.)

East Asia is much more diverse than the West. Japan and China have almost nothing in common. I haven't been to Korea but my wife has and I trust her judgement. She says that it is nothing like Japan. So you can't generalize from Korea to Japan. I don't care about the fertility rate. Japan has plenty of people and low fertility just corrects by evolutionary forces, so it doesn't matter. Japan today reminds me of 1980s America in terms of how functional things are.
