I have a Samsung phone and I keep getting notices to accept their new terms and conditions...

I'm wondering how long can I got without accepting them??? This phone probably has 6-9 months of live left in it, the battery is getting pretty poor. I'm going to try and make it until then.

I tend to believe that whether you accept their terms and conditions makes no difference. Judges rarely respect boilerplate T&Cs even in the rare cases when lawsuits occur.
