    I would explain how I 'somehow' traveled back in time, after that, no before that an empire with me a chosen god-king would arise and my newborn self would be instructed at a proper age about the finer techniques to keep this loop going.

    I think that's kinda the point is to learn what you need to learn in this life, unfortunately sometimes that's done the hard way.

    I don't know that my younger self would even necessarily listen to my my future self on the stuff that matters.

    I guess one piece of advice I would give is:

    Be kind to yourself.

    I'll try to think of advice I'd actually take from my future self... Learn to invest your money sooner - I know it's a boring topic that requires a ton of research but make a project out of it and you'll figure out a good option within a month and adjust to the best option within a year. You have $20,000+ in savings, stop letting it sit there and make it grow.

    Don't get married and stack the $$$$. Men need to find value in themselves as society finds none in 2019. "GYOW"
