Ukraine, which has had relatively lax COVID rules up till now, will soon adopt vaccine passport systems in the major cities. You will need either proof of vaccination or a negative test result to take public transport, or enter restaurants, theatres, or other large-capacity venues.
And they're making employees get vaxxed, in order for those establishments to stay open. IOW, it's becoming just like the US, at least in states like NY or CA. There's no reason to expect other countries (in Europe or Latin America) with similarly lax rules would not follow suit.
Still advisable anyway to move to these countries, despite the new mandates?
