I'm only around halfway through the article (I generally don't post links until I fully read them), but I am puzzled by one claim. The arrival as the 'Port of Jiangsu' doesn't make much sense to me. Jiangsu is a province with several ports, and the name Jiangsu doesn't appear in a list of Chinese ports.
