nothing wrong. just doesn't have the level of privacy we're looking for.

a Youtube stream chat was getting trolled hard and got shut down, and some of the trolls followed us here. don't want them watching/screencapping, and controlling IRC view/permissions isn't as easy as the mods would like.

Primarily, they don't save ops or channel founder status between sessions.

Not an incredibly big deal, but can be a bit difficult to play whack-a-mole with the trolls when IRC decides to reset ops to someone who isn't around.
