My home workouts

You would think there would be a lot of interest in home workouts these days, but most workouts people post don't seem all that good. Here are a couple of clips I made just for fun of me exercising with minimal equipment. These would be fairly quick whole-body aerobic and strength workouts aimed mostly at men my age (late 40s).
