A sweet old Cuban lady told me how to make coffee: Bring your water to a rolling boil, cut off the gas and throw in your Cafe Butelo—it has to be Cafe Butelo. Let it sit for a while and pour it through a felt coffee filter "or an old sock" and you're good to go. Quick and strong.
