Study was based on anecdotes. This means your proof is questionable. Do you have proof that is not based on a collection of anecdotes?

Here are fifteen cases to start. If you’d like, I’ll send you more. There’s plenty.

Imagine two people are in a modern shopping center. One is smaller, weaker, and make up the majority of victims of sex based crime. One is a smaller weaker person with the same characteristics and socialisation as the perpetrators of sex based crimes. You each need to pee. The smallest person most likely to be victim of sex crimes receives threats of sex crimes if she expresses discomfort about using the same bathroom as the other person in the mall.

Two people are expressing opposing ideas. One has a social justice movement behind them, with politicians, celebrities, and the fabulously wealthy supporting them. There are marches on university campuses in their support. School curriculums are altered to educate people about accepting this idea, laws are changed to reflect their idea, clinics serving people with this idea pop up faster than subway franchises, foundations and charities are created to support this idea, communities are built online over celebrating this idea.

One receives threats of death, threats of rape, threats of violence, threats of bombs, is banned from media, blamed for suicides, and told to kill themselves.

A chicken is in the henhouse. A fox asks to come in because there is a dog outside. Why is the hen supposed to protect the fox? The fox has opportunity to build a den.

Study was based on anecdotes

It was based on the national crime victimization survey and surveys are an accepted data gathering tool.

If you think this describes trans peoples lives you have a very inaccurate picture. Remember JK Rowling, one of the richest and most visible women in the world is a champion against trans rights. There’s not some grand wave of trans support. Some people support us, some don’t. And I don’t know where you think that “fabulously wealthy” supporting us is happening. Its actually extremely difficult to locate trans care providers. I have to drive over an hour for each appointment and cross a state line. And I’m a lucky one. A preliminary appointment for consideration for hormones with the NHS has a multi year waiting list. In many states we have essentially no legal protections of any kind. We got employment non discrimination federally from the Supreme Court last year but otherwise many, mine included, have literally no protection for trans people legally. None. You have a wildly unrealistic idea of the actual situation for trans people.

One is a smaller weaker person with the same characteristics and socialisation as the perpetrators of sex based crimes

I don’t agree with your core premise that this describes trans women.

One receives threats of death, threats of rape, threats of violence, threats of bombs, is banned from media, blamed for suicides, and told to kill themselves.

Do you honestly not believe these happen to trans people? Haven’t you seen the join the 41 percent memes? Or seen trans people or allies doxed by radfems and forced to move or put in fear of their homes being attacked?

A chicken is in the henhouse. A fox asks to come in because there is a dog outside. Why is the hen supposed to protect the fox? The fox has opportunity to build a den.

We aren’t talking about animals. We are talking about people. And this analogy is inapt even then because we are already using the facilities. We aren’t the ones asking for a change in the status quo on bathrooms, you are.

Remember JK Rowling, one of the richest and most visible women in the world is a champion against trans rights.

This is a total lie. It shows you have not read what Rowling has written about this. Please provide proof from her own statements in her own words for your claim that she "is a champion against trans rights." Here's her essay:

https://www.jkrowling.com/opinions/j-k-rowling-writes-about-her-reasons-for-speaking-out-on-sex-and-gender-issues/

Rowling is a champion of women's rights. She's said that sex is real & it matters, & that if we erase sex in law & society, it means the removal of women's hard-won rights & the erosion of safeguarding for women, children & the most vulnerable in society. She has said very openly that she wants trans people to live in dignity, tranquility & safety, without harassment or discrimination. But she has pointed out that there is a conflict between the plethora of legal & social changes being demanded in the name of "trans rights" & the rights & protections of women & girls - and also a conflict with the rights & best interests of many others, such minors with mental illness, parents, persons with autism, persons who value their free speech, and people who do not believe in gender ideology.

For this, Rowling has gotten an avalanche of messages threatening to rape, beat, stab, choke, burn, disembowel, bomb and kill her; telling her to "suck girl dick," "eat a bag of girl dicks" & "STFU;: calling her every misogynistic name in the book; slagging her off for being "dried up saggy old hag" coz she's of menopause age; & scorning her as a "used up" woman whose vagina & reproductive tract must be "stretched out, worn out, skanky & crusty" coz she's had the temerity to have carried pregnancies to term & given birth.

Yet whilst Rowling has been subjected to this sort of misogynistic abuse on a daily basis for more than a year, the very same establishment in the Anglophone world who were so quick to speak out against the racist abuse recently received by men on the male-only English football team have not said a word about the mistreatment of Rowling or other women who've been subjected to similar abuse at the hands of trans activists.

Its actually extremely difficult to locate trans care providers. I have to drive over an hour for each appointment and cross a state line.

Lots of people with serious rare medical conditions that are physical in nature - & which are life-diminishing or disabling, life-threatening &/or life-shortening - have to go considerably farther than that to find health care professionals capable of providing care for their conditions. Every day, people all over the USA travel hours, often crossing several state lines, to get the medical care they need. Spend some time visiting a leading children's hospital, cancer center, immunology practice, eye institute & so on - or institutions like Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Long Island Jewish, Baylor, Columbia Presbyterian, NYU Langone, Boston Children's, St Jude's etc - and you'll find plenty of patients who've had to travel far & wide to find health care providers who can treat their particular conditions. It's because so many patients & their families come from afar that so many medical centers & practices are affiliated with hotels & residential apartments where patients & their families can stay overnight or for extended periods.

In the 1990s, the only health care practitioner I could find in the USA to correctly diagnose and treat debilitating pelvic pain I had related to my uterus and menstrual cycle was David Redwine MD in Bend, Oregon - a place nearly 3000 miles from where I lived. Getting there & back - which I did numerous times, sometimes with a baby I was breastfeeding or a toddler in tow - wasn't easy because to get a regional flight to & from Bend meant flying to/from SF first, & often staying overnight in SF due to the paucity of flights to Bend & frequent weather delays. But my situation was hardly unique. Redwine - an ob-gyn who had ended up becoming a specialist in women's pelvic pain & endometriosis almost by accident when he realized that many women suffered from these under-researched problems & couldn't find decent treatment - drew patients from all over the world. I met women with disabling pelvic pain from Iran, China, Argentina & Belgium in his waiting room.

People with a combination of rare physical medical conditions have it even worse. They/we typically can't find any single medical practice ANYWHERE on the entire planet capable of meeting their/our needs even within the very narrow scope of a particular rarified medical speciality. Try, for example, finding a clinic or single medical professional capable of treating persons who suffer from CF and JRA for both conditions. Try finding a hematologist or blood disorders group practice or hospital department where a person with pernicious anemia, hereditary hemochromatosis, the anemia of chronic illness and a primary immune deficiency can get competent treatment for all four - or for just two of those conditions together.

In many states we have essentially no legal protections of any kind.

This is another lie. You have the same protections that everyone else has. In the USA & elsewhere, it's just as illegal for someone to assault, rob, burglarize, carjack, kidnap, traffic, enslave, kill or otherwise physically harm a trans-identified person as it is to do those things to anyone else. Trans-identified people in the US have the same rights to free speech, marriage & family life, freedom of assembly, property ownership, religious liberty, contractual relationships, public accommodations, trial by jury and so on as everyone else does.

What trans-identified persons don't have currently in the US is protection established by federal statute from being discriminated against in employment & housing because you/they identify as trans. Lesbians & gay men don't have these specific protections against discrimination for being homosexual yet either - in large part because of trans activists who saw fit to scupper ENDA earlier this century.

Also, due to the Biden administration's position on Title IX, girls & women in the US no longer are protected by federal statute from being discriminated against in educational settings on account of our sex. The Biden admin & many states says it's legal to exclude girls & women from female scholastic sports teams, events & opportunities in order to foster the inclusion of males who say they "identify as" girls or women. Similarly, under the Biden admin's HHS rules, it's legal to exclude females from government-funded homeless shelters & refuges for victims of violent crimes in order to include males who demand access to these places & services, such as supposed "transwoman" Danielle "suck my dick" Muscato, a bearded male with a history of verbally abusing women & general grifting who used claims of being trans to obtain residency in a Missouri homeless shelter meant for women & children.

Moreover, in many states, counties & municipalities in the US, trans-identified persons have rights that the rest of the population doesn't have. In the 15 states & the District of Columbia where males who "identify as" girls & women now can participate in girls & women's scholastic sports & use the female locker rooms & toilets at school & at all school-related facilities & functions (such as regional athletic events in stadiums), males who do not claim to be trans don't have those same rights. Many US states also now give males convicted of violent crimes, including sex crimes against women & girls, the right to be incarcerated in female prisons based on claiming to be trans. Other males convicted of the same sorts of crimes have no such right.

Many states in the US allow people to use "gender identity" claims to change sex markers on their IDs, including their birth certificates. No one else is allowed to do this. In NYC where I lived most of my adult life, it's now against the law for landlords & staff at business establishments to "misgender" tenants, rental applicants, customers, clients &/or prospective employees who "identify as" trans - but it's not against the law for anyone in those positions to tell women to our faces that we are pigs, cows, bitches, hogs, whores, cxnts, fxckholes and so on.

We aren’t talking about animals. We are talking about people. And this analogy is inapt even then because we are already using the facilities. We aren’t the ones asking for a change in the status quo on bathrooms, you are.

But you & other males are using those facilities without the assent & agreement of girls & women - or of society at large. You simply walked in & claimed those facilities for yourselves without ever bothering to ask how anyone else felt. The status quo you speak of came about because of conquest by selfish, domineering, entitled & solely self-interested male persons, not the consent of the females whose spaces you've invaded.

This is a total lie. It shows you have not read what Rowling has written about this. Please provide proof from her own statements in her own words for your claim that she "is a champion against trans rights." Here's her essay:

I read the essay. Literally the entire thing started with Forestarter and her attempt to make workplace harassment of trans people protected speech above the non discrimination laws in Britain. Did you read that article? It’s a series of dogwhisles and shaming trans people then trying to play past abuse by a cis man as an excuse for her wanton transphobia. “Oh I’m not anti trans I don’t want anyone to hurt them, I just don’t want them to have any protections l, resources, or access”

She has said very openly that she wants trans people to live in dignity, tranquility & safety, without harassment or discrimination.

Just isolated from normal people and with no protections.

Lots of people with serious rare medical conditions that are physical in nature - & which are life-diminishing or disabling, life-threatening &/or life-shortening - have to go considerably farther than that to find health care professionals capable of providing care for their conditions.

So do many trans people.

But with no elevated hate crime attachments and by the way my actual point, no discrimination protections.

Also, due to the Biden administration's position on Title IX, girls & women in the US no longer are protected by federal statute from being discriminated against in educational settings on account of our sex.

See that is an actual lie. Literally the language in the statute is sex.

The Biden admin & many states says it's legal to exclude girls & women from female scholastic sports teams, events & opportunities in order to foster the inclusion of males who say they "identify as" girls or women.

Nowhere is there a decision upholding banning natal women from something and including only trans women instead. Literally nowhere. Including us in a limited pool isn’t banning you.

So the same as the girls. And also then in 35 states trans women have no guarantee of access to adequate and safe facilities or access to things like clubs and sports. Hardly an advantageous position.

Many US states also now give males convicted of violent crimes, including sex crimes against women & girls, the right to be incarcerated in female prisons based on claiming to be trans. Other males convicted of the same sorts of crimes have no such right.

So the same rights as the natal women again, not rights other people don’t have. And again I think the better decision is decimated trans facilities but until those exist it is unconstitutional cruel and unusual punishment to put trans women with men. You’re welcome to make another suggestion but trans women with men is unconscionable and unconstitutional.

Many states in the US allow people to use "gender identity" claims to change sex markers on their IDs, including their birth certificates.

And some don’t. My state of birth doesn’t allow amendments to birth certificates.

No one else is allowed to do this.

Why would they need to?

In NYC where I lived most of my adult life, it's now against the law for landlords & staff at business establishments to "misgender" tenants, rental applicants, customers, clients &/or prospective employees who "identify as" trans - but it's not against the law for anyone in those positions to tell women to our faces that we are pigs, cows, bitches, hogs, whores, cxnts, fxckholes and so on.

I can’t speak to New York laws. But regardless it’s still illegal to discriminate in housing against natal women where nationally it isn’t to trans people.

But you & other males are using those facilities without the assent & agreement of girls & women - or of society at large.

Every study I have seen shows majority trans support actually and we have been using those facilities for decades and decades at least stealth trans women.

And it’s necessary for safety. Make third spaces and the conversation changes but until then there’s 2 options and in one we will likely be attacked in the other we won’t.
