The art in the game really looks Fallout 3,4,76. But that is another story background, therefore I feel it's lack creative. They should not make it very looks like Fallout games before.

It looks like that because some of the creators are from Fallout.

I've been playing it. Though I have some complaints about it, they aren't about the dark comedy, nor about them having a Fallout feel. (these were the things we literally asked for)
