Talk about TiMs being self-obsessed... The first guy uses the whose-the-real-minority lesbians or trans. argument, and answers himself by saying that trans are 200 times fewer in number--and are thus excluded by lesbians. The second guy says trans guys are lesbians, so the lesbians who refuse to date him are "transphobic pieces of shit." And the third guy, the man-splainer, accepts the premise at face value, but is convinced lesbians want their own spaces chiefly to escape "the gross men in dresses."

When heterosexual men transition they seem to view themselves as Lesbians. Heterosexual men are a big group, so a small percentage of them is still a fairly big group, compared to natal Lesbians who are a small group among all women. So it is not the case that TIMs would be one in 200 among Lesbians. It's more likely that they would be one half, perhaps even more?

I sense that the number of lesbians that they fear are smaller in numbers than them, and also these lesbians possess far less social power, which is what's most critical politically. So the 200 times less is utterly ridiculous.

The problem is that women talking about their shared experiences is seen by TIMs as "fuck tr*nnies" no matter what they're actually saying. You wouldn't be fine with such a place - you've proven time and time again that you're incapable of tolerating places that exclude you, for any reason, including "this is a debilitating medical issue that only affects female bodies" (r/PCOS), "lesbians wanting to meet other lesbians" (any lesbian sub), or even "this is a dreadful crime and oppression done only against women" (their opposition to anti-FGM legislation). None of these were about "fuck tr'nnies". Even GC wasn't about that.

I feel so, so bad for the baby lesbians who go online to look for lesbian communities and get told again and again that they're wrong for not wanting dick.

Society as a whole treats lesbians with contempt or as a fetish for straight men, and now they cant even escape to the lesbian community without having dicks and Male sexuality shoved in their faces.

Transsexuals might be rare but around 2% of men have a crossdressing fetish. Around 1% women ID as lesbians. So men under the transgender umbrella outnumber lesbians roughly 2 to 1.
