Sickening. Just spitting on women's rights and safety.

I just posted that Irish women have formed a new group to take on Ireland's gender laws, which were snuck in under the radar, as they were in so many other countries.

We need to cross political and geographical lines, ladies, and help each other fight the madness.

Some deeper background on "Barbie."

I vividly recall reading about him several years ago, after he tried to murder the social/care worker driving him from a court appearance by lunging at her from the back seat of the car and using his talon-like acrylic nails to try to gouge her eyes out and tear her eyelids off whilst screaming that he was going to kill her. She was seriously injured and had to be hospitalized; I'm sure she was/is deeply traumatized by the attack to this day. So why isn't he in jail on a long ticket for assault and attempted murder?

I'm sorry this person was economically deprived, physically and emotionally abused in horrific ways, and indoctrinated into extreme misogyny as a child. But that's not an excuse or justification for allowing him to commit horrific physical and emotional abuse on female people, to threaten to rape and murder female people, to force his own mother to go into hiding, or to terrorize the entire female population of Ireland.

And it's certainly not a justification for placing him in a female correctional facility where he can menace, terrorize and prey on the women who truly are the most vulnerable people in society.
