I'm an old woman who is and always has been extremely civil in my everyday life & political discourse. But fuck I'm not gonna be told by some finger-wagging scold on the internet that the main issue here is women every once in a while using some bad words and offending the delicate sensibilities of some males. Like the women on Mumsnet say, fuck off to the far fuck off and then fuck off some more with this misogynistic bullshit. Women are sick of double standards.

I find it telling that after you reached "peak trans," the first thing you chose to do is to come here & use ONE SINGLE SOLITARY TWEET that a now dead woman made several years ago as an excuse to scold women much more educated & experienced than you about our language and tone.

I've been in the trenches in the battles about these issues for 50 years. Many other posters here are young(er) persons who are on the front lines in the every day battle against gender BS coz they are lesbians, bi women & gay men who are looking for love, sanity and safety & trying to find their home in the world. People who post here disagree with one another all the time, but we almost always remain civil - courteous even.
