Are gay women "masculine" because of the "manly brains", and gay men "feminine" because of the "lady brains"? I thought there's no such thing as a "masculine" or "feminine" brain?

There are many articles claiming that the brain of gay men is structured like the brain of women, and the brain of gay women is structured like the brain of men, as well as articles that claim on average, gay men tend to be "feminine", and gay women tend to be "masculine": https://abcnews.go.com/2020/story?id=2449185&page=1

There is research that suggests gay men do prefer certain professions, like fashion, interior design and hair coloring, and that lesbians are more likely to prefer sports and the military. Researchers say it's because lesbians, on average, are attracted to more masculine occupations, and gay men tend to prefer more feminine occupations.

Northwestern University psychology professor Michael Bailey has spent years studying human sexuality. He says sexual orientation makes gay men more feminine.

"There's no obvious reason why sexual orientation should be associated with how masculine or feminine one is, but it is in our species. And it probably has to do with the causes of sexual orientation and early effects of hormones on the brain," Bailey said.

"Gay men absolutely talk differently, on average. You can tell far better than chance who's a gay man from just listening to him say four sentences," Bailey said.

"Denying stereotypes means that people have to disbelieve what is right there in front of their eyes. That can't be a good thing," Bailey said.

They sometimes claim, since gay men have "lady brains" and gay women have "manly brains", that they are to undergo surgery and call themselves "trans" for their bodies to match their brain structure.

So if a man acts like a stereotypical man and also likes taking it up the butt(or insert any other activity done with another man), is he lying about being gay? Putting on an elaborate performance for his entire life to talk "manly" and fix cars or w/e? Like, really, what is your point here? Stereotypes do exist. The more logical explanation, imo, is that it's almost entirely cultural, since we also see stereotypes in cultural groups that have nothing to do with sexuality or "brain sex". A woman has a woman brain, a man has a man brain. Whatever activities they choose to engage in are called their personality.

It's not just this instance. I've seen you do it with lots of other posts too, even when the comment section remains placid. And anyway, isn't reposting just inviting a new "war"?

So if I'm a feminine lesbian does that mean I'm really a feminine man, therefore a gay man, therefore really a woman?
