He is reciting the woke catechism, or creed. He succinctly states all the approved slogans. But if he is not doing a parody, then his smugness points to a real problem we all suffer from: the disconnect between saying something and doing something. In all cultural activities, like law or politics or the con-games that pass for economic activity, saying something has been given advantages over doing something.

To generalize, he is demonstrating the difference between literacy and competency. Literacy might let you fake it till you make it, but literacy in and of itself has nothing to do with competency. In the same way that spouting slogans does not do anything, his non-existent womanhood is truly not up for debate because there is no functionality to it, no basis in reproductive capacity behind it. It only matters in the impact it has on everyone else the same way a ponzi scheme or a corrupt lawyer or politician matters because of the impact they have on everyone effected.
