To my knowledge, this is the most complete and accurate list of its kind which currently exists. This list does not include TIM (Trans Identified Male) criminals seeking sex-reassignment surgery or other accommodations in prison, unless they are also seeking re-placement in a woman's facility. Nor does it include TIMs who have been released from prison, even if they were housed in a women’s facility while incarcerated.
