Worrying about cholesterol, really? Why?

Get yourself checked for heavy metals, a much more worthwhile endeavor. I suggest the Oligoscan test.

Anything with fiber helps, like with the oatmeal and prunes.

I'm curious if it helps you, I hope you keep us updated. Honestly I'm not sure we can affect cholesterol too much. Our bodies make about 4g of it a day, dietary sources are a minimal part of that.

He goes into many aspects of cholesterol and heart diseases.
And he has a complete different view on that.

Eggs and shrimp get blamed because they contain cholesterol. Yet AFAIK serum cholesterol responds to dietary saturated fat metabolization, not to cholesterol intake.

That makes sense, since what you're measuring is one of the body's main mechanisms for delivering and using fat. The reason blockages of cholesterol occur is apparently from blood vessels losing their elasticity, not from the mechanism itself.

You won't improve elasticity with macaroni and cheese, but you might with meat and vegetables that taste good without added sugar (which is what many balsamic vinegars add up to, even though they're delicious). Such as brassica, beans, and fresh peas.
