I admit I have not researched hydrogen in depth, and so I remain confused (and disturbed) by the need for water to make hydrogen, at the same time that hydrogen can produce water as a by-product.
Can you give us a summary of why hydrogen is a good choice for our energy needs? I'm concerned that
1) We will rapidly deplete both our fresh and marine water supplies
2)the mainstream energy people seem to be choosing Hydrogen over solar, which doesn't deplete anything (but does make battery waste.)
I'd love to hear a Hydrogen for Dummies sort of shpiel if you'd care to make or point to one.
Thanks!
