Comments preview

It is actually possible to preview text/image/video topics directly from the topic list. But could it be possible to preview comment too directly from the topic list ? Sometime, you don't want to open a topic just to see if comments are interesting or not, so the ability to preview the comment tree can be useful. If you open the comment tree, the rest of the topic list jsut go down until you close that comment tree.

Maybe even respond to that topic from there.

What do you think ? Is this easily doable ?

Cool idea. It might encourage commenting without first checking out the main post content, but maybe that's okay. It's at least moderate difficulty on this codebase.

IMO, it wouldn't be a bad idea to also take away voting from the list to discourage voting without first checking out the post content. Of course that would open a crate of cans of worms too.

I agree it's a good idea, but it's moderate-to-difficult to implement, probably a 20-hour project. We can add it to our list of potential new features
