Allow posts and comments to be marked as "spoiler"

Tagging a post/comment as "spoiler" acts in the same way as marking it "NSFW" - hides the entire text until the user chooses to accept reading it by clicking/tapping on the warning.

Most useful for discussing media-related things - movies, TV shows, etc - where other people may not be caught up or current yet.

I feel like this might have been a thing here at one point. Perhaps broken, hidden, or incomplete?

    It looks like the markdown exists but the CSS is missing. >! creates html with class md-spoiler-text but no such class in the CSS. If you want me to, I can try helping with a solution.

    That would be cool.

    I could have sworn it was here too. It's normally an option right next to "nsfw" on posts, so the OP or any mod can click/tap it.

    I might be totally misremembering for comments though, comments may be CSS-driven.
