New feature idea for SaidIt: Content Quality Ratio
On user's profiles (ie. /u/JasonCarswell), in addition to the Post Karma
and Comment Karma
, I'd like to see Number Of Posts
and Number Of Comments
so that we might know how users fair by their content. (An auto-generated ratio, average, mean, median, calendar-calculator, and/or graphs would be nice too, but that may be too much.)
Higher karma may be accumulated on SaidIt over years and/or for an abundance of posts or comments, but they may not get much response or appreciation.
Lower karma may simply be due to sharing less content, less interactions, and/or being newer to SaidIt - yet they may still share high quality content.
These numbers won't likely change much about SaidIt or our interactions, but having more general info and knowledge isn't bad either.
Would this be a good idea for Lemmy or other forums too? Would this be a more fair way to measure quality content providers than karma alone? Would this help the tyrannical global Social Credit Score corporatocracy pick off the best of us easier?
there doesn't seem to be anything here
