Take the US, divided by the republicans vs the democrats. Take any country, any kingdom, any tribes, any family, any siblings. There will always be sides to pick. Always a right and a wrong side. So who is "right"? And by what measure should we all go for? I have come to realize it's 1 single thing: Power.

Power defined by strength, by physical strength, strength in numbers, in arms, in money, in influence and in duration.

It doesn't matter who's right, wrong, black white, gay or straight. If you have power you win and you define the standard, you define the world with your power.

If you act like a sick incompetent powerful dictator you won't have power for long. So the key is to please the key masses with influence so that you stay in power as long as possible. What ever it takes regardless of moral or ethic. The duration of power define the ethic and morale of that world.

Long ago slavery and conquering landmasses was profitable so it was socially accepted. It is no longer the case.

The hot guy with 6pack but act like a douche in high school still got that hot cheer leader, why? His strength and athletic ability is what considered powerful in that group of high school kids. Never mind his behavior.

That rich old man with a model girlfriend, his money is his power. Never mind his age.

Your Asian accent, food or look got picked on when you were young because you were different from the main group. To them you are strange and the nail that stands out, get hammered in. They would do the same if you were white but different in another way like come from a different part of the country or diffent cloothing style or speak different. The bigger group is always more powerful than the one different individual. Until an even bigger group or audience find out about this however then they will condemn it because usually nobody likes to see the weak being picked on for no reason. That's why sometimes it's cool to be the victim because of the backing of the bigger group. The bottom line is the more allies the bigger group the more power and the more you can write the rule of the world.

Bush went to war with the worst excuse ever, yet the oil money rolls in, the defence/war industry profit, he got a 2nd term easily. Trumps economic war with China didn't really work out, and Covid19 handling was bad, economy tanked, people lost money, bye bye 2nd term.

Give me any example you got and it will go down the same way.

So get the power, get the money, get the allies. You can then define the world however you want. And if you want it for long you need as much people as possible to go along with your ideas.
