He's actually not inceltears, he's an extremely autistic tallfag who used to go by 188cm_Lithuanian_Orc on Braincels.

All we can do is ban his accounts and hide his spam, but because he keeps the same shitposting schedule as Brazilian_Sigma, it's difficult to stay on top of. I've been looking for another mod, but no one seems sufficiently capable. In any case, he'll get bored eventually.

Saidit could put some rate limiters on new accounts to cut down on spam like this the way Reddit does. It takes time to code in these rules obviously and its probably not high up on their priority list.
