Some random moron messaged me here for a "survey answers"

"Hey man, hope this message finds you well and you don’t mind me reaching out. I’m doing a bit of psychology research at Northumbria University in the UK. I’m doing a quantitative study looking at the relationship between mental health (depression, stress and anxiety) and personality in men who identify as involuntarily celibate or incel. If this is relevant to you, and if you could spare 10 minutes, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could fill out a quick survey. You just rate some statements on a scale of 1-5 for how true they are for you. There are no wrong answers and it is 100% anonymous – nobody will ever know you’ve done it and no personal information is collected at any point. I also want to add that I don't have a negative perception of incels. I have no ideological axe to grind and this isn't a "gotcha" study or something where I've already decided what the answer is. I just want to gather some raw numerical data about personality and mental health from incels and see where it goes. If you’re interested or want to know more, here’s the link: not sharing, who cares about faggotish researches Please feel free to message me here or via my email if you want to know why the study is being done or anything else! Apologies if this isn't relevant to you."

Definitely not predefined answer about incels when he uses incel and involuntary celibate as exclusive terms. Like, why such idiots with meme degrees are doing that? To come into conclusion based on the worst type of data gathered (1-5 surveys) without any statistical knowledge and how without any knowledge how to actually make a research - that "muh most incels have mental issues"? No one gives a fuck about this shit.

involuntarily celibate or incel
It's not a given that he meant them exclusively, maybe he's just used to explain abbreviations to his research buddies and forgot that he doesn't need to do it for us

I haven't read the studies but titles like "Friendships, loneliness and psychological well-being in older adults: A limit to the benefit of the number of friends" suggest they are empathetic towards lonely people and actually aren't out to smear incels. They seem to be actual psychologists instead of gender study people

I like your idea for research. I'm interested in everything related to mental health, especially since I also have problems with it. Therefore, I try to find solutions to them. I figured out does calmerry accept insurance and decided to give it a try. For me, this was the fastest and most effective way to bring myself back to normal.
