A huge glut of single men has always been a threat to any society. The young men over throw the old order, that's their instinct unless they are given a less violent means to progress. Just look at what's happening in in Turkey right now. Supposedly female lead protests are full of young men looking to get rid of the old men, the theocracy and morality police who oppress them and bar their way.

Of course western incels are less of a threat because they aren't going to get off their arses and attack the establishment. They are kept quiet with processed foods, addictive entertainment and a victimhood complex.
