It’s the “inclusive” way of saying she’s a female wife with a husband I think. People have been finding more vague terms for things to not cause unrest within people like “chest-feeding” rather than breastfeeding

It means I have retired from paid work to the house. I also have the care of a disabled relative. I am the female sex.
