My guess is that this is a PR ruling intended to create the appearance of something. Likely the perception a immigration disaster, or some other bullshit.

Apparently, the Israeli Courts said something about female genital mutilation, but I haven't found anything specific.

Israel doesn't have a written Constitution. So the courts can essentially rule in any way that they like whenever it's convenient.

This is probably a PR bomb intended to distract the public from the real action involving Bibi the 9/11 planner.

Edit: The Israeli public are the first victims of this fear mongering garbage.

They were fooled into moving to a more dangerous region (to Israel from wherever), by schemers who convinced them that the world was trying to exterminate them.
It didn't go down like that.

I mean I don’t like the precedent of granting refugee status to immigrants but it’s richly ironic that the case involved “circumcision.” And other than that, fuck yeah. What’s good for America is good for Israel.
