Hey all. FLCCC protocol shows Nigella Sativa (NS) as being very effective and, along with Quercetin & Zinc, a good addition to the "Early Treatment" cocktail. They advise 40mg daily.
I'm wondering if anyone has more info on what type of NS to take. In our supermarket, in the section that has all the spices etc, I found a bottle that has the seeds. I mean; the seeds as a whole. Like they use them in bakery shops to sprinkle onto bread. However, apparently it is also sold as "black seed oil". Haven't found that "version" yet, I assume they'll have it in health shops.
Which of the two versions should I buy?
