I posted earlier on how to treat and avoid long haulers for Queen Elizabeth’s bout with covid19:
https://old.reddit.com/r/ivermectin/comments/sxcl34/queen_elizabeth_tests_positive_for_covid19_what/
It seems she now has some post-covid19 residual fatigue - see article below.
Thanks to u/lilmonsterita for the reference to the article.
Given the symptoms she describes of fatigue:
“It does leave one very tired and exhausted, doesn’t it? This horrible pandemic. It’s not a nice result.”
She should probably be given:
- Ivermectin 0.4mg/kg bodyweight per day - for 3 days
And see how she responds - post-covid19 it usually gets rid of any residual fatigue/anosmia.
If partial, then wait a week and repeat
After that try:
Famotidine 20mg+20mg per day - for 3 days
NAC 200mg+200mg per day - for 1 week or more
Aspirin 75mg per day - probably is already taking something similar
And the usual complement of vitamins:
Vitamin C 500mg per day
Vitamin D3 5000 IU per day (her vitamin d3 levels should be raised above 30 to 40 or so - so initial 200,000 IU doses weekly for 2 weeks if required to get levels up faster) - Vitamin K2 should be added to avoid hypercalcemia i.e. avoid deposition of calcium in wrong places
Magnesium (to help with Vitamin D3 use)
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 100mg per day for 1 week
For more on Vitamin D3 and the relevance of Vitamin K2, Magnesium, see the wiki:

After all this if still has residual fatigue, use Dr Been's 6 day steroids protocol:
- Prednisolone 15mg,15mg,10mg,10mg,5mg,5mg
After this if still have some residual fatigue, then use Prednisolone smaller doses episodically.
That is, if feeling lightheaded or fatigued one day - then give Prednisolone 5mg that day.
If after 3 days get same symptoms again, give Prednisolone 5mg again for one day.
Prednisolone 5mg per day given for a month or two - is usually not an issue - and here we are giving much smaller doses.
Some physicians see steroids as affecting the microbiome - so could give some probiotics as well if want.
In the UK, can consult with Dr Tina Peers (who also helped with the FLCCC I-RECOVER protocol for long haulers):

Queen Elizabeth Reveals Long COVID Symptoms
Tom Sykes
Royalist Correspondent
Apr. 11, 2022
Queen Elizabeth appears to be suffering from long COVID, after saying her tussle with the virus had left her “very tired and exhausted.”
Long COVID is defined as still feeling aftereffects of the virus, such as exhaustion, weeks or months after infection.
The monarch contracted the virus in February and the palace has consistently sought to play down the extent of her illness, saying only that she had mild symptoms and a “croaky” voice.
She insisted that she would continue to work, holding meetings with Prime Minister Boris Johnson via video link.
However it now appears that the monarch perhaps suffered more than she first let on, telling National Health Service staff in a video call that “It does leave one very tired and exhausted, doesn’t it? This horrible pandemic. It’s not a nice result.”
The queen, who turns 96 next month, has massively cut back on her scheduled live appearances since she was diagnosed with COVID, and this week will not attend a traditional pre-Easter church service in which she hands out “Maundy Money” to ex-servicemen, instead sending Charles in her place for the first time ever.
She is believed to be conserving her strength to give her the best chance of attending the summer’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations marking her 70 years on the throne.

Queen Elizabeth tests positive for covid19 - what early treatments will she be getting - will those be advertised to the public? - will it include Ivermectin, or at the very least steroids-at-day8 to avoid risk of death, and avoid risk of long haulers?
