What's the deal with drugs.com hating on hydroxychloroquine+azithromycin?

The webpage was updated on July 2, 2020 to state that "Hydroxychloroquine can cause dangerous effects on your heart, especially if you also use certain other medicines including the antibiotic azithromycin (Z-Pak)". Before all the coronavirus stuff and orange man bad stuff happened, the website didn't have such warnings about HCQ. Does anybody know the story there?

It helps very well against covid and some other diseases.
The warning is totally bogus.
