I remember seeing this viewpoint expressed a lot in my tweens but slowly over time the people who had it were being laughed off more and more. What's been getting to me is seeing more people take it seriously again because of some of the more rigid conservatives involved in the anti-trans ideology movement.

I know the TQ+ movement would think of this as some form of karma but it's not like I ever asked for someone of this political leaning to represent my stance. I appreciate how some of them defend gay and bisexual adults but the way that our relationships, no matter how innocently they are presented, are viewed as inherently poisonous to a developing mind is something I was hoping we could leave in the past.

Of course, I recognize how difficult that is when the woke are actively bringing their children to drag strip shows and demanding to include "queer" pornographic books in school libraries. They are doing an excellent job of filling the role of the sexual predator that you'd see in those 1950s child safety PSAs. I hope that as more groups like Gays Against Groomers get traction that people realize it is not "the gays" who are advocating for the abuse of their children.

Man, I miss the healthy balance we had for a few years.
