So a provider is doing two gigs for me:
Say, they are baking some biscuits as well as, like, twenty grilled cheeses.
Note that biscuits are first and may decide not to deliver the latter (their money is made from the wear n tear on their oven which they own)
In between, as part of our contract - and while not performing these essential tasks - they are waiting around. Maybe they are waiting for the capital to get delivered - or whatever.
During this waiting period, I must obviously pay them a minimum wage since they are in a contract with me. They can find another gig in the meantime (as mentioned in Note)
