Depends.

I stumbled upon Bryan Lunduke several months back with his "Linux Sucks" annual series because I'm eventually going to switch to Linux Mint. I watched a couple dozen of his shows. Very intelligent and sprinkled with humour. Not once did I come across this episode until yesterday, after a Purism interview video. YouTube auto-recommendations should have figured this one out for me ages ago but it didn't.

If you like Linux he's your man, but the rest of his vids are NOT remotely conspiracy related. This one surprised me. Just when you think you know a vlogger...

I loved my FreeNAS until I broke it.

My heart's still broken too, so I'm afraid to try to fix it, suspecting I never will.

I feel your pain.

Loss is a harsh mistress dominatrix.

My first Linux experience was animating SoftImage (before it was ported to Windows) in 1994-1995 on SGI Indego2 boxes. They were sooo advanced then.

That was at the Acadamy.

I had a Palm Pilot but no PC until 2003.
